Returns Policy
At Hidden Insight, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in brand new, unused condition

• All original tags must be attached and unaltered

• The item must be clean, free from any signs of wear, odour, stains, or damage

• All original accessories and packaging (such as garment bags or branded extras) must be included

Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality inspection. If the item does not meet the conditions listed above — for example, if it is worn, dirty, damaged, or missing any parts — we will not be able to accept the return. In this case, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit

• Refunds are processed only after the return has been approved and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank

• Use cold water, ideally at a temperature of 30 degrees

• Iron on low heat with a protective layer on top (e.g. a wet towel)

• Avoid using a tumble dryer – air dry for best results

 

SHIRTS:

• Wash the shirt inside out to protect the screen print

• Use cold water, preferably at a temperature of 30 degrees

• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

• Do not tumble dry – air dry flat or hang to dry

• Iron on low heat inside out – never directly on the print

• Do not dry clean
