Returns Policy
At Hidden Insight, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in brand new, unused condition
- All original tags must be attached and unaltered
- The item must be clean, free from any signs of wear, odour, stains, or damage
- All original accessories and packaging (such as garment bags or branded extras) must be included
Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality inspection. If the item does not meet the conditions listed above — for example, if it is worn, dirty, damaged, or missing any parts — we will not be able to accept the return. In this case, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Additional Information
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit
- Refunds are processed only after the return has been approved and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank
