Returns Policy
At Hidden Insight, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in brand new, unused condition

All original tags must be attached and unaltered

The item must be clean, free from any signs of wear, odour, stains, or damage

All original accessories and packaging (such as garment bags or branded extras) must be included
Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality inspection. If the item does not meet the conditions listed above — for example, if it is worn, dirty, damaged, or missing any parts — we will not be able to accept the return. In this case, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit

Refunds are processed only after the return has been approved and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank
